House Rules 

You are among the first guests to discover Nala Village. We are incredibly proud of that! Since the resort is still in the final phase of development, construction work may still be underway at times. Of course, we’re doing everything we can to minimize any inconvenience so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

We ask that you treat the accommodations and the surrounding area as you would at home. In the unlikely event that something gets damaged or doesn’t work properly during your stay, please let us know. That way, we can resolve the issue quickly and ensure that future guests can also enjoy a pleasant stay.

Upon arrival, you can easily drive into the park and follow the signs to the front desk.

• Check-in is available between 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
•  Please let us know in advance what time you expect to arrive, and we’ll make sure everything is ready for you. 
• Arriving after 5:30 PM? No problem. Just contact us in advance, and we’ll send you instructions for the key box so you can check in on your own.

On the day of departure, we ask that you check out by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

To ensure a smooth checkout, we ask that you:

• Take your trash to the recycling center.
• Please gather used bedding, towels, and kitchen linens in the hallway.

Indoor furniture is intended exclusively for indoor use. For outdoor use, please use only the provided patio furniture.

Visitors are welcome.

• Visitors should park in the designated parking spaces.
• You are responsible for informing your guests about the house rules. 
• Will visitors be staying overnight? Please notify the front desk in advance. Overnight stays are only permitted if the maximum occupancy of the accommodation is not exceeded. In accordance with the municipal overnight registration requirement, we register all overnight guests.
• Any tourist tax for additional guests will be charged upon arrival.

Between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., we ask everyone to be considerate of one another and avoid making noise. That way, everyone can enjoy the peace and quiet that Nala Village is known for.

Pets are welcome at some accommodations.

We ask that you:

•  Always keep pets on a leash while in the park.
• Clean up after your pet immediately. 
• Do not leave pets unattended in the accommodation.
• Do not allow pets to lie on beds or couches.
• Bring your own pet bed or crate.

Help keep Nala Village clean and sustainable.

• Do not flush grease, wet wipes, sanitary pads, or other items down the toilet. 
• Please leave the accommodation tidy.

For everyone's safety, the following rules apply:

• Open fires and fireworks are not permitted.
• Barbecues are permitted, provided they are conducted safely and do not cause a nuisance.
• Smoking is not permitted in the accommodations.

It is possible that our technical service may need to perform maintenance during your stay. Whenever possible, we will give you advance notice. In the event of an emergency, we reserve the right to enter the accommodation immediately.

In case of an emergency, always call 112.

Afterward, please also notify the front desk or, outside of business hours, call the emergency number. The gate opens automatically for emergency vehicles.

To keep the park quiet and safe:

• Please park only in the designated parking spaces. 
• Motorized vehicles are not permitted on walking trails.
• A speed limit of 10 km/h applies throughout the park.

To ensure that Nala Village remains a pleasant place for everyone, you are not allowed to:

• Have more people stay overnight than the accommodation is designed to accommodate.
• Camp outside the accommodations.
• Set up clotheslines or guy ropes.
• Damage plants, trees, or other vegetation.
• Discharge wastewater or harmful substances.
• Smoking indoors.
• Possessing drugs, weapons, or fireworks.
• Playing soccer outside of the designated areas.
• Flying drones without permission.
• Filming or photographing other guests or staff without permission.

You can turn in lost and found items at the front desk.
